Coastal Emotions

As an artist I’m drawn to emotional and dramatic scenes, there’s so much truth in those moments.

There’s nothing more emotional, and there’s no better display of drama within nature than a storm. I believe that sun showers exhibit the most beautiful range of emotions, the balance of light and dark, the warm weather and cold rain drops are nothing short of poetry. 

Prior to the start of rain on this day it was very gloomy and pretty dark, generally just super overcast. The rain actually introduced light into the day, a warm hue started to peek through clouds that made this scene photogenic.
